Generate token from Tower/AWX: Users → Your User → Tokens → Create Token
How to Get OAuth Token
  1. Login to your Ansible Tower/AWX web interface
  2. Click on your username in the top right
  3. Select "Users" → Your User
  4. Go to "Tokens" tab
  5. Click "Create Token" (or "+Add")
  6. Optionally set an application and scope
  7. Click Save and copy the token value
